MERLIN-V is under active research and release preparation. Its source repositories, upstream contribution series, and publications are not yet publicly available. They are being prepared for submission and release.

MERLIN-V is developed to be released under the GPL-2.0-only for in-kernel components. UAPI headers and the user-space library are dual licensed GPL-2.0 and BSD-2-Clause. Everything Packet Five Networks publishes is open source and free for anyone to use.
